Production Assistant - Minnesota
We are looking for OUTSTANDING people to join our team! If you feel this is you, keep reading!
Job Responsibilities:
Set up events, including greenery/floral walls, hanging neon signs, installing balloon garlands, etc.
Tear down events - packing up event rentals and return the inventory to our facilities
Customer service - work with our amazing clients to bring their vision to life
Requirements:
Flexible working hours including weekend early morning setups and late night tear downs
Events typically end at midnight with tear down happening around that time
Strong communication skills / customer service mindset
Timely, personable, detail-oriented, hard-working, and trustworthy
Able to lift 40 pounds
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Problem solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to ask questions and assume responsibility
Over the age of 18
Compensation / Opportunities for Advancement:
We pay per event setup (typically $100 per event)
Opportunity to be promoted to Lead Production Assistant
Things to Know:
Boxwood Rose is located in Lake Elmo, MN - pickup and teardown of inventory will require travel to Lake Elmo
