Notes about our Balloons:
Lifespan of your balloons do not carry any guarantee after they’ve been delivered, picked-up, or installed. All balloon sales are considered final. Balloons set up outdoors and in direct sunlight will impact the lifespan and appearance of the balloons.
Pricing may vary based on colors, balloons sizes, and special requests.

Unfortunately, we do not allow the use of balloons that don't come from our shop. We use commercial grade balloons to ensure long lasting and quality setups. Balloons purchased in kits off Amazon, Etsy, etc. can have lower quality latex which will pop or deflate at a faster rate.

Balloon life can vary based on the elements in which they are exposed to. For example, a balloon setup that is outside in direct sunlight can last between a few hours to a couple days. However, an indoor balloon installation with controlled temperature and sun exposure can last up to two (2) weeks.

There are a few key reasons Boxwood Rose is a great choice for your balloon artistry work:
Time: Putting together balloon garlands, balloon towers, balloon arches, and other installations typically take more time that originally anticipated. Blowing up the balloons is one thing, but getting them to string together structurally can take a lot of time and practice!
Quality: We pride ourselves in the quality of our materials, setups, and customer service! We have helped tons of events elevate their space with balloons and have lots of practice at getting it right.
Balloon Longevity: We only use commercial grade balloons which can stay inflated (indoors and out of direct sunlight) up to two (2) weeks. The typical balloon kit found online or in stores will only last a few hours before oxidation or deflation begins.
Peace of Mind: Our team takes the stress and hassle out of your party planning. Even if the balloon setup is a minor element of your overall design, we can cross it off the list for you so it is one less than you need to focus on!

We do not currently use helium at this time. All of our balloons are inflated with normal air to provide a longer lasting installation.
