Our team delivers, sets up, decorates and tears down. You show up to a room that's already done.
Wedding Flower Walls & Greenery Backdrops
A flower wall turns a blank corner into the spot guests actually line up to shoot in front of. Our walls run from lush blush and berry florals to clean boxwood and ivy greenery, at roughly 8 feet tall by 9 feet long — big enough to fill a head table, a bar wall or a photo backdrop. You pick the wall you love from the collection; every one is delivered and set up by our team, so there's no rental truck, no assembly and no ladders on your end.
One thing worth knowing up front: our large walls are set up indoors. We've had outdoor set-ups run into trouble with rain and wind. If your ceremony is outside, our cedar arch and our balloon decor both handle it — we'll sort out what goes where.

Most couples end up using a backdrop in more than one place across the day — behind the ceremony, behind the head table, or as the photo wall near the bar. If you want two different looks in two different spots, we can set both. Tell us the room and we'll tell you what fits.

Ceremony Arches
We rent our Cedar Wedding Arch — about 7 feet tall and 6 feet wide, in natural cedar. Leave it bare, or dress it up with our white draping or a floral garland. If you'd rather have balloons, our walk-under balloon arch stands 9.5 feet and gets built in your colors. The cedar arch is one of the pieces that works outdoors. Our Cedar Wedding Arch is only available out of our MN/WI location.

Wedding Neon Signs — Rented or Custom
A neon sign in your own words is the detail guests photograph. Two ways to do it: rent one from our collection for your date, or have us design a custom sign in your wording, font and color — those are yours to keep after the wedding. Neon comes in nineteen colors, so a sign can match your palette.
One note: the signs that mount on our flower and greenery walls are our own rental signs. A custom sign is a freestanding piece.

Balloon decor isn't just for showers — a soft, neutral garland framing a bar, an entryway or a sweetheart table reads grown-up and intentional when the palette is right. We build balloon garlands, towers and walk-under arches in your colors and set them up on site. Three colors are included and more are available.

We'll need one point of contact at the venue when we arrive — usually your coordinator. A few smaller items can be picked up from our Lake Elmo shop instead if you'd rather handle them yourself.
Mix & Match Walls + Signs + Balloons
The set-up we build most for weddings is three pieces together: a greenery or floral wall behind the head table, one of our neon signs mounted on it, and a balloon garland framing the bar or the entry. That trio covers the ceremony photos, the reception backdrop and the entrance without crowding the room. Tell us your venue and date and what you're drawn to in the gallery, and we'll tell you what works in that room and what it costs.
Where We Serve
Minnesota & Western Wisconsin — we're based in Lake Elmo, MN and serve the Twin Cities metro, greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Woodbury, Eden Prairie, Stillwater, Lakeville and Hudson.
Southwest Florida — we're based in Naples and serve weddings across SWFL. Our Florida collection is a different set of walls than what we run in Minnesota, so tell us your venue and we'll send what's available down there.
Outside those areas, delivery is priced by the drive — tell us the venue and the city and we'll get you a number.
Frequently Asked Questions
[Q] How do we reserve our date?
[A] Send us your date, your venue and city, and the pieces you're interested in, and we'll tell you what's open and what it costs. Your date is yours once the contract is signed and the first payment is in — we don't hold dates without both. The balance and the damage deposit come due two weeks before the wedding.
[Q] What's included when you set up?
[A] Our large backdrops are full service — delivery, set-up, decoration and tear-down at the end of the night. You tell us the time it needs to be set up by and when we can start taking it down, and we take care of the rest. We deliver and pick up the same day.
[Q] Can we put a flower wall outside?
[A] Our large backdrops have to be set up indoors — we've had set-ups outside run into trouble with rain and wind. Our Cedar Wedding Arch and our balloon decor are both fine outdoors, so if your ceremony is outside we'll sort out what goes where.
[Q] Do you serve Florida weddings too?
[A] Yes — we're based in Naples for Southwest Florida and Lake Elmo for Minnesota and Wisconsin. The Florida collection is a different set of walls than the Minnesota one, so tell us your venue and date and we'll send what's available in your area.
[Q] Can we add our own flowers, signs or decor to it?
[A] Any decorations on our large backdrops need to come from our shop — it's what keeps them from getting damaged. Our Boxwood Minis are the exception, so decorate those however you like. The Cedar Wedding Arch is yours to dress up too, as long as nothing punctures the wood — zip ties and string work best.
[Q] Can you do our colors?
[A] Balloons, yes — your garland is built in your colors, with three included and more available. Neon comes in nineteen colors, so a sign can match your palette. Our flower and greenery walls are what they are: you pick the wall you love from the collection rather than us building one to a palette.
[Q] Can a neon sign say our names?
[A] Yes — we design custom signs in your wording, font and color, and those are yours to keep. We also rent signs from our own collection, and a rented sign is what mounts on our flower and greenery walls.
[Q] What's the damage deposit?
[A] It's an amount based on the item you're renting, collected two weeks before the wedding and held in case something happens to the piece while it's with you. As long as it comes back the way it went out, it goes back to you a few days after the event.
[Q] We're a planner or a venue — how does that work?
[A] All the time. We coordinate load-in and tear-down windows with the venue directly. We honor valid reseller certificates for sales-tax exemption as long as we have them before the contract goes out. And if the venue needs a certificate of insurance, just send us the certificate holder's name and the event date.
[Q] What does it cost?
[A] It depends on the pieces you choose, your date, and where your venue is. Send us those three and we'll get you a quote for exactly what you're after.
